New acquisition for Naturalia Tantum

Togethair, a branch of Specchiasol Srl joins the Group


The “Polo del Naturale”, unique in terms of size and quality of offer, signs a new agreement to acquire 100% of Togethair of Settimo di Pescantina, a division of Specchiasol Srl specialising in the production and marketing of colouring and care products for professional salons.

A reality made up of people who every day with commitment and passion weave knowledge and skills to create style, products, image and cutting-edge natural formulations.

The Company’s offer is broad and covers all professional uses related to hair care: colouring, bleaching, styling, specific treatments.

The Italian market is presided over by more than 10 agents and 40 distributors and products are handled exclusively in the trade channel of salons and hairdressers.

The transaction was concluded on 30 June thanks to the active and continuous search for Italian excellence in cosmetics and nutraceuticals by Assietta Private Equity.

Togethair was chosen not only for the quality and functionality of its products, but also for the green slant of its formulations, which fully espouses the vision, spirit and mission of Naturalia Tantum.

The acquisition – underlines Francesco Iovine, Managing Director of Naturalia Tantum – strengthens the presence on the professional channel, already headed by Effegilab as far as beauty treatments offered by Medical Spas and high-level Beauty Centres are concerned; it brings new skills, production synergies and new expansion potential abroad for all the group’s brands.

With the acquisition of Togethair, whose turnover exceeds €3 million, more than 70% of which is abroad in more than 15 countries, Naturalia Tantum will exceed €35 million in turnover by 2021, confirming its position among the top players in the Italian competitive scenario.

With its fifth acquisition in just four years, the Pole of Natural adds further value to a Group that has naturalness in its DNA and all the critical mass needed to establish itself on the Italian and foreign markets, and become a reference in the panorama of natural cosmetics with organic ingredients and functional integration.
